CDSA does the Dusable Museum: Visit and Reading Discussion

December 1 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Come join the CDSA Anti-Racism working group on a trip to the DuSable Museum of African American History. We will be meeting in the front of the DuSable at 1:00pm to enter the museum as a group. Admission for Chicago residents is $8 dollars and regular admission is $10. Folks can explore the exhibits together at their own pace and this is a great opportunity to get to know your fellow CDSA members! We will regroup and have our reading discussion around 2:30 (location to be announced.) Be sure to find the link below. We will be discussing “Slavery, Race. and Ideology in the United States” by Barbara J. Fields.

This event isn’t just for CDSA members, so we encourage all interested folks to turn out!
