Poetry for the People Workshop

April 25 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

“Art is necessary in order that [people] should be able to recognize and change the world. But art is also necessary by virtue of the magic inherent in it.” -Ernst Fischer

Join us for an exploration of poetry as an artistic tool for changing the world. We’ll read and discuss poems of resistance and liberation. Then we’ll write some poems together to reimagine our world.

The Community Room of the Sulzer Regional Library is wheelchair accessible.
